TRI’s own comps, read straight from its deal files: leases, closing statements, offering memorandums and old BOVs. Search them, or draft a broker opinion of value from them in about a minute.
Every deal TRI has done becomes a comp it can search, and a draft broker opinion of value takes a minute instead of an afternoon.
- Click Draft a BOV, then Fill in an example, then Draft the BOV. You get a value range with the comps behind it, ready to print.
- Click Add deal documents and try the samples: deal PDFs, or a comp spreadsheet in any layout. Excel files load in seconds.
- Click Abstract on any comp for a one-page lease or sale short form, ready to print or save as PDF.
- With TRI’s real files in the vault, every BOV is built from TRI’s own deals, not a national database.
Test mode. The comps marked Sample are fictional, so the values in a draft BOV are only a demonstration.
Add deal documents
Drop PDFs or Word files from TRI’s files (up to 10 at a time) or a comp spreadsheet (Excel or CSV, any layout). Every lease and sale is read out; review them, then save to the vault. Scanned documents work too.
Draft a broker opinion of value
Describe the property. The draft uses only comps in TRI’s vault for the same property type; the AI picks the most comparable ones and the ranges, and the dollar figures are calculated from them. Fill in an example
